“Kvati,” the symbol of Bolnisi winemaking, is a wine vessel created based on an ancient clay vessel preserved in the Bolnisi Museum of Local Lore. Its shape resembles a bird, which is where its nickname originates. It features an aged clay effect and has a capacity of 1500 milliliters.
