Saperavi Bolnisi is a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) wine from the Bolnisi micro-zone. It is crafted using the ancient Georgian traditional Qvevri method. The wine features intense berry aromas, including raspberry, blackberry, cherry, red gooseberry, currant, and black plum. The alcohol content is 14%.
